Frequently Asked Questions
Completely free. A 30–45 minute consultation via Zalo, phone or video call — no conditions or obligations. We believe you need full information before making a decision, and we need to understand you before proposing any itinerary.
Zalo and Messenger are typically responded to within 2–4 hours during working hours. Email may take up to 24 hours. If you need a quick response for an urgent question, Zalo is the best channel.
We typically require a 30% deposit to hold your spot and begin processing the Tibet permit (which needs at least 4–6 weeks). Refund policy: cancel 60+ days before departure — 100% refund; 30 days before — 50% refund; within 30 days — no refund, except force majeure cases agreed separately.
Most Tibet and Mongolia trips do not require mountaineering skills. The key requirements are good general fitness (walking 10–15 km per day on hilly terrain) and a readiness to adapt. We will assess this in detail during your consultation and advise on an appropriate training programme.
Group tours require a minimum of 4 people to keep costs reasonable. If you want to travel solo or as a pair, we can arrange a Private Trip or place you with another group on a compatible itinerary. Contact us to find out the nearest departure date.
